Laboratory unit
This unit is equipped with advanced devices such as FT-IR, TOC Analyzer, AA, GPC, HPLC, GC, etc. and covers about 160 tests related to water and wastewater samples, polymers, etc. This laboratory, having 50 technicians in three work shifts, performs 550 tests on 150 samples daily. Also, clearance tests for 197 raw materials are also performed in this laboratory.
Research and development unit
R&D or product research and development unit is a system or unit that gathers the necessary knowledge and information to produce new products or discover new ways to improve the company's products and services. R&D teams test and refine products or processes before commercial use and mass production.
Physics laboratory unit
This unit covers 50 types of tests related to yarn and synthetic fibers by using equipped textile devices, including tension device, yoster, twist, almiter, yarn defect detection, xeno test, etc. In this laboratory (with 27 technicians, in three work shifts), 800 tests are performed on 160 samples on average. Currently, this laboratory has the certificate of approval of the partner laboratory of the standards department for 32 tests and provides services to 6 standard departments.
