Laboratory Unit
This unit is equipped with advanced instruments such as FT-IR, TOC Analyzer, AA, GPC, HPLC, GC, and others, covering around 160 tests related to water and wastewater samples, polymers, and more. With 50 technicians working in three shifts, the laboratory performs an average of 550 tests daily on 150 samples. In addition, release tests for 197 raw materials are also conducted in this laboratory.
Research and Development Unit
R&D or product research and development is a system or unit that gathers the knowledge and information needed to produce new products or discover new ways to improve a company’s products and services. R&D teams test and refine products or processes before commercial use and mass production.
Physics laboratory unit
This unit, equipped with advanced textile instruments such as tensile tester, Uster, twisting machine, Almeter, yarn defect detector, Xenotest, and others, covers 50 types of tests related to yarn and synthetic fibers. In this laboratory, with 27 technicians working in three shifts, an average of 800 tests are performed daily on 160 samples. Currently, the laboratory holds the certification of competence as a partner laboratory of the Standards Organization for 32 tests and provides services to 6 standards offices.
