The first production product of Savis Textile Company is high-tenacity cotton fibers (100% virgin). With an annual production capacity of 17,000 tons of fibers, using the latest laboratory machinery and equipment, it is able to meet the needs of customers in the spinning industry. It is non-woven, clothes and carpets.

Like other synthetic fibers, polyester fibers are produced by industrial methods, and in terms of properties, they are considered a suitable alternative to natural cotton fibers.

To produce this product, a combination of dimethyl terephthalate and monoethylene glycol or terephthalic acid is used in the vicinity of suitable catalysts. The polymer resulting from the combination of these two raw materials is passed through the filament-forming plates by the pump, which is transformed into fiber under the influence of cold air and becomes a bunch of fibers in the next stages with stretching and thermal treatment while molecular arrangement is found. and thermal stabilization in the form of short fibers (staples) cut into desired sizes and baled.

According to the customer's order, the products of this company can be used for any of the different spinning processes, including ring, vortex and open end, with characteristics such as 1 to 1.5 deniers and cutting lengths of 32-38-51-64-96-100 mm. It is produced in various colors and can also be used in combination with viscose or cotton fibers in different proportions
