With over 15 years of specialized experience in the textile industry, Savis has achieved a level of comprehensive quality control that spans the entire production chain, from raw granules to fibers and final yarns. This meticulous control ensures that every product leaving the factory meets the highest global standards of quality and consistency.
Before production begins, Savis rigorously evaluates all raw materials in its advanced laboratories. These assessments cover chemical and physical properties, ensuring that each granule entering the production line provides the ideal foundation for high-quality fibers and yarns.
During fiber production, critical attributes such as length, strength, softness, and uniformity are continuously monitored. The combination of expert knowledge and advanced monitoring systems allows for the detection of the smallest deviations and immediate correction, guaranteeing that fibers, as primary raw material for yarn, meet the exacting standards required for the next stage of production.
The yarn spinning process is equally precise. Each yarn is evaluated for strength, twist, uniformity, thickness, and overall performance, ensuring that the final products are ready for use in weaving, apparel, and home textile industries.
Research and Development Unit
The Research & Development (R&D) team, with over 15 years of practical and scientific expertise, continuously improves production processes and elevates quality standards. By leveraging modern laboratory equipment and specialized knowledge, this team optimizes material properties, formulations, and manufacturing processes, producing products that are consistently high-quality and reliable.
In addition, Savis’ Customer Service team provides a unique capability: they directly address production-line issues at customer facilities, offering immediate solutions to any defects or operational challenges. This proactive support ensures that the quality and performance of Savis products are maintained not only in the factory but also on the customer’s production line.

Physics laboratory unit
This unit, equipped with advanced textile instruments such as tensile tester, Uster, twisting machine, Almeter, yarn defect detector, Xenotest, and others, covers 50 types of tests related to yarn and synthetic fibers. In this laboratory, with 27 technicians working in three shifts, an average of 800 tests are performed daily on 160 samples. Currently, the laboratory holds the certification of competence as a partner laboratory of the Standards Organization for 32 tests and provides services to 6 standards offices.
