Commitment to Quality is Our Strategic Principle

In the Iranian industry, where great decisions are often made in light of economic fluctuations and exorbitant sanctions, Saviss Industrial Group tells a different story .in order to examine the activity of this group, we had a conversation with Engineer Akbar Najafi Chairman of the Board of Savis Industrial Group. He also unveiled long -term plans to stabilize the global markets and responsible commitment to sustainable development through proj-ects such as the launch of the solar power plant. We read part of this interview.

The Savis Industrial Group started its activity on a limited scale than two decades ago.

The decision was made from the beginning that qual-ity would never fall victim to short term conditions and commitment to quality was considered as a strate-gic principle in all decisions from the selection of raw materials to the design of the product and final product control instead of reducing the quality level, the focus was on optimization of processes, loss of waste, training of human forces and creating production discipline.this, however, made the path more difficult in the short term, but in the long run, stable market trust and stability were established.

the decision resulted from a comprehensive analysis of the country ‘s value chain .the study showed that textile industry, especially in quality artificial fibres, has a high capacity to create value added and completion of the Savis industrial activities.

certainly. the spinning factory is one of the key loops in the completion of the value chain of Savis. the main goal of this research is to investigate the relationship between the quality of life and the quality of life in Iran.

from the perspective of “Savis”, the importation of equipment without transfer of technical knowledge cre-ates dependence .for this reason, simultaneous with ma-chinery purchase, manpower training and formation of internal technical teams were given priority.close contact with external suppliers, continuous training and direct experience in the production lines provided the context of localizing a major part of technology.today, Savis has the ability to maintain, optimize and develop systems largely by relying on domestic power.

r & d has a pivotal role in “Savis “; equipped lab-oratories and specialized teams continuously monitor the quality of products and compare them with similar global samples. this process caused the quality of “Savis “not only to be maintained but gradually upgraded .in economic and sanction conditions, this approach is one of the key factors in maintaining the competitiveness of the complex.

Along with industrial growth, Savis has a serious look at sustainable development .in the same vein, setting the solar power station “Savis group “this year is on the agenda.
